  Excellent service by Emmanuel, I went to upgrade my cell and he was very helpful in recommending the best options and understanding what I needed. Totally recommended.

  Good customer service, otherwise, poor trained employees including the lady store manager, the situation has turned out so bad that has escalated up to corporate but since March 2017 until almost September 2017 I still haven't solved the problem. Very disappointed on At&t as a company.
