::This AT&T store is a authorized retailer, but is one of the best that i have ever been in. The store manager and rep work together as a team to help with my needs. They also convinced me that direcTV was the way to go. I was a little hesitant at first ,but they asured me that i would be happy with it and they were 100% right. These guys know there stuff and they don't rush you or force you to get anthing that you 100% don't want. They give you a break down of everything they sell and also tell you a estimted price of prorated charges. I love this team and i send everyone i know to them.

::One of the only AT&T stores in the area with someone who's trustworthy and knowledgeable. Jon time and time again has helped my wife and I with upgrades and numerous additional services at this location. His customer service skills and patience go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone in the area who has AT&T to come here and have Jon help you. He's an asset to the company and all locations need to be like this one.

::My employment discount was removed for some reason. The folks over the phine asked me to go into the store to resolve the issue. I came here to see the person who had helped me a few months ago. They are under new management and the service is awful. Asked if I could have the store number where the old staff is now, and was told they dont work here anymore. I called the old manager but hes no longer with the company. They new person there said that is not something they can assist us with and rudely turned me and my wife away. He said we had to go to another Att store. We ended up having the issue resolved at the Rt.3 store. Completely out of our way but worth the trip.
