  Worst location ever. Refuses to help . Lazy workers hang out in the back room and then they ignore you when they come out... also will start helping others that come in after you!

  Madison way over exceeded my expectations as for an associate at this store. She was very attentive, and concerned immediately took control of my situation, to find me a resolution. All with a positive attitude was very detailed to where I understood everything she was helping me with. She was prompt, but very personable and took into consideration that I had other things to go attend. Madison went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. After the horrible experience at this store she is the only reason I did not move on to another company. Madison is an asset to AT&T and they need more people like her on their team!!

  The staff at this location needs more training. I went to this location because it's exactly 1 mile from house just to add the military FAN to my account. The guys there were clueless and when they couldn't figure it out, I was told to go to a COR store in The Highlands and that I couldn't add the discount because I was the spouse and the account would have to be in my husband's name. Immediately after leaving I called another authorized retailer and they explained that everything I was just told was false and they could add the military discount. Convenience isn't always best. I will never visit this location again.......yes, based off of one experience!
