  Customer service that goes way beyond the normal AT&T store. I had issues with a brand new phone that I ordered through this store. After spending over 2 hours on the usual AT&T helpline and then going to a corporate store I still had no solution. Decided to come back here and they went above and beyond solving my issue and getting me a new phone as quickly as possible. They called AT&T and solved the problem and also noted my account with all the things the corporate store and phone service rep did that they weren't supposed to. I'm incredibly happy with this store's service and commitment to customer satisfaction and will only go here from now on!

  Just hung up the phone with Rigo, unfortunately I couldn't get the service I needed do to my area BUT his customer service blew me away. Not use to GREAT customer service now in days. Definitely recommend😉

  Edgar helped us get set up with the new S8 Active and helped us out with accessories to make everything awesome! We returned to him for my wife to get her new phone when she was eligible for an upgrade. He did a great job getting her set up with the new S9 and all the accessories to make it great. We will return for all our AT&T needs! Thanks Edgar!
