  Mixed feelings about this location Sometimes you receive good advice, other times, not as accurate as it could be. I believe everyone there is trying to do their best, but as always in business, an individual's experience plays a factor. As far as the company - ATT goes - so frustrating. I find myself having to fight for things that I should not have to fight for. I had to write a letter to the President of the company over a lost cell phone sent back under warranty. Eventually, ATT replaced my phone, but it took 6 months without having any phone, dozens of conversations with supervisors, & hours of my time.

  I went to this store today to get a smaller sim, because I bought new unlocked phone. It took them 25 mins to get me, the employee are slow & rude. I'm a paying customer, what gives at&t employees right to talk down to me? This is the worst AT&T, stay away, you have been warned.

  Service is ok but man they really like to stick it to you. $45 restocking fee on a $200 product is absolutely rediculous especially for a company as big as AT&T

  I wish I could give a negative star review! I went In yesterday and yesenia helped me she was very nice, I was having problems with my phone and told me if I had any problems continuing I could bring the phone back and swap it out, we'll I kept having problems so I came back today only to be given the run around telling me there was no way they can return the phone even though I was within 14 days that I would have to go to another att store the manager B/RYAN was so rude and he even called another att store and started making up lies to dump his problem out on another store I was so mad he said there was no way I was going to be able to get another phone from him today and that yesenia made a mistake by telling me yesterday that it was going to be possible, they are only nice to you if your buying something but if your having problems they want nothing to do with you, this is one of the worse customer service issues I have had to deal with! DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM ATT BUY IT THROUGH APPLE AT THE APPLE STORE

  worst customer service ever! I just needed a sim card and they didn't want to sell it! cause they wanted me to wait there for them to help me, and they always have the worst waiting time, do not come to this store, ever since they terminated Joel Rivas as a supervisor, the store is horrible!
