  I visited on January 13 around 3 p.m. The sales guy seemed in no rush to help me. When he finally got to me he then rushed me out the door. He glanced at my phone, didn't look up my account, gave me general reasons as to why my phone would no longer connect to my car, then told me I'd probably just need to go to Samsung. He didn't really care, just wanted to get rid of me.
