::The staff is nice and helped me with getting a new SIM card with no problems at all. Please have in mind that I had problem with the reception when I was visiting some stores in malls, and there's some places in Midtown that it has low coverage. Took too long to get SIM cards running when we were activating at the store, that's why I took a star off.

::When I bought this charger, they told me to bring it to any att store if this ever happen. Guess what, it happened, and the employee at this store told me that he has to find a receipt before changing it; Or, that I had to bring a receipt. According to sells guy, the att marking was enough proof that it was purchased at the store. He was quick to offered me other products right away instead of solving my current problem. More worry about me buying new stuff than solving my problem. You pay 20-30 dollars for a 3 dollar cable because you trust the brand and the warranty, but just get 5 or 6 good chargers for the price of this overprice cable.
