::I WISH THAT YOU WOULD MAKE CUSTOMERS AWARE. THAT WHEN YOU DON'T GET THE TOTAL BILL. WHEN BUYING A BUNDLE PACKAGE. PHONES, TABLETS, AS WELL AS INHERENT AND WI-FI. THAT YOU WORK WITH VARIOUS COMPANIES. MYSELF!BEING A CUSTOMER. GOING ON ABOUT A YEAR. EVERY MONTH!I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BILLING. DUE TO THIS INCONVENIENCE. I ASKED THE SALES MAN.. SPECIFICALLY ABOUT A SINGLE MONTHLY BILL FOR ALL SERVICES. IS WHAT I WANTED. IT'S A MISREPRESENTATION OF THE BRAND. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO AT&T . DUE TO SALES PEOPLE DISHONESTY!YOU CAN'T KEEP A BRAND . BUILT ON DISHONEST SALES PEOPLE. IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. AT&T . NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DISHONEST SALESPEOPLE. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. MIGHT GET IT RIGHT. ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUES. ON A MONTHLY BASIS. NEED TO START LOOKING AROUND OF OTHERS. WHO THE BUNDLE PACKAGE. THAT THEY ARE SELLING.

::The employees at this location are very friendly and attentive, but are hindered from doing simple things like closing an account by all the AT&T red tape. May as well go to the main store at Arden Mall directly.

::Not even a AT&T store, really cannot call them that. Anything OUTSIDE OF GETTING A NEW PHONE, they wont help you with. They will happily to help if you are getting a phone but will refer you to the Arden location if it isn't a new phone issue.
