  This location made me feel like a thief and extremely uncomfortable. There was one male that attempted to help but he was undermined by the manager. I've been a customer with AT&T for over 10 years and have never experienced this before. If I can give the supervisors behavior a 0 and the staff a better rating I would. There has to be a better way to treat people. Being condescending to a customer requesting help is not the way. Also the supervisor took a picture of my ID without my consentt and sent it to whomever. Things like that need to be discussed with the consumer prior to it happening. ... As an update: I went to an ACTUAL AT&T store on the same day and walked out with my new phone in hand without someone secretly taking a picture of my ID and making me feel like a criminal.
