  I have had an AT&T account for several years and when I pay my bill I always use the kiosk here. Always good costomer service at thisbmp location. Sometimes you have to wait, but it has never been for long.

  Maria was so kind and easy to talk with about the issues I had setting up my account. She fixed all my issues in a timely manner and informed me of other offers at the time. I really appreciated her help and if I had any other issues I would be sure to get help from that store!

  I’ve been here 40 mins so far. Writing this as I sit here and watch 3 employees walk around with their iPads like there busy. Back and forth they go. Every 10 mins or so I get asked what I’m here for again. Then they walk away. So, what am I here for? What takes an hour to get ? A SIM card. Yup. A SIM card. Definitely will make sure myself and my employees avoid this location in the future.

  In and out within 10min to get a nano chip for my new phone. Great service. Came after work. No one hassled me about their new phone, new plan, or new promotions. Phew! Update: came again another day and was told to wait one hour. You kidding me?

  The only complaint I have is the wait! There has to be faster way to get & out in a timely manner. The techs are sweethearts and so helpful! People get upset at the tech for the long wait but its not their fault. AT&T needs to come up with a better solution.
