::Worse customer service ever. This store was not helpful at all. Came in to upgrade our phones but were told to come back in 15-20 minutes. When we came back he stated that it would still be a while and if we just wanted to go to another store. He was rude and I felt like he just didn’t want our business. I will never go back to this store or recommend it to anyone.

::Terrible! I came to this location to upgrade three phones on my account and one of the salesmen opened up a subscription under my name with direct tv now without telling me. He did this for his own commission. I was there for a total of three hours upgrading phones and not once did he mention he is going to do this. When I see a bill for $70 on my credit card a month later from direct tv, I was so confused. I thought this was fraud. It caused me to close my card and report this to my bank. When I called direct tv they said someone at an ATT store subscribed me monthly for direct tv now streaming service. When I called the store to get clairificatin I kept getting told that I would get a call back because they were busy. 4 hours go by, no call back so I kindly called again. They said they are still busy and will call me in 10 minutes. But I stated what my issue was. After that, the sales rep said that they usually cancel the subscription after they complete it. So that tells me they knew they did but never disclosed it to me. I never received a call. I called 10 minutes before closing time, and no answer. I will have to go down there in person. The sad part is, how malicious and misleading this issue was. It was no mistake, they knowingly signed me up for a service without disclosing to me for their own commission. I will never be coming back to this location. I believe it is important for a consumer to know this information so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else and that is why I am sharing my experience.

::Absolutely the worse!!!! Wish i never set foot in this place. They charged me fees without telling me about them. To this day i still have a high bill. I'm canceling my 6 lines. Worst customer service everrrr !!!!!
