  This is an official AT&T company (corporate) store and there are many products one might need or want along those lines and friendly, efficient customer service--potentially it's pretty busy with possibly a long wait. Scheduling ahead is worth the bother.

  I switch to AT&T in February 2016, after spending 10 months in a nightmare called T-Mobile, i.e. bad customer service, poor coverage, lies, etc. I spoke initially with Hector and then Oscar at AT&T. Both were extremely helpful and were honest about the plans available and the fees. I was able to "bring my own device" which was the best because my cell phones were relatively new. Everything they promised, the coverage, the plan, and the discounts all came to be true. My coverage is the best! I am very happy with AT&T after a month. UPDATE: It is one year later (Feb 2017) and AT&T service has been excellent. I rarely have dropped calls and the monthly fee remains low. My experience has been outstanding.
