  The store dirty. The manager has an "I d don't care attitude" negative and off putting. Won't even look us in the eye. William who waited on us was more helpful.

  People seem friendly but ultimately just care about sales and not customer service. The manager was supposed to credit my account and never did and never replied when I tried to contact him, which is very unprofessional. I'll probably switch from AT&T bc they are too expensive anyways.

  One person working on a Sunday, sat for 30 minutes waiting only to be told I had to go to another AT&T store to be helped. It's a weekend, obviously you need more than one person working. Never coming back.
