::Ghetto people work here. From the store manager to the staff are Rude and incompetent! I switched to Verizon because of them. I reported the bad experience to at&t and didn't lift a finger. They deserve to work there and get paid peanuts. Who wanna hire you. I hope they close this location or at least restaff the entire store with people who have minimum respect.

::Store is almost always nearly empty. That doesn’t stop the staff from completely ignoring you when you walk in. You must actually go stand right in front of one of these morons to get any attention. Then, with at most 3 victims, I mean customers in the place you will, without fail, have an inexplicable wait of at least 30 minutes. This scenario has played out all 4 times I frequented the place. You know about the definition of insanity right? They suck but apparently I’m insane.

::I wish could rate zero star. Horrible experience once we purchased a new phone, walked out of the store and realized that the phone is not working. First thought, the phone is dead(battery). We went home. plugged it to the charger, no sign of life. Called the store and was told to come back to the store for the further assistance. we get there and was told that since we walked out of the store with the phone we have to go apple store an file a claim through them. on the way to the apple store we make phone call to the At&t. The representative, after consulting with her supervisor told us we should go back to the store and they must give us a new phone. So here we are again. We are at the store, telling what we were told by At&t customer service, in response she tells us that it doesn't mater what we were told over the phone, she is not going to give us a new phone period. After we left the store for the 3rd time, I call back to the At&t and was told they need to exchange the phone and the 2nd option is that we have 14 days to return/exchange the phone which this option was never mentioned to us. I'm not getting into detail how we were treated by the store's representatives. Conclusion, Time spent 5 hours and It's an ongoing battle. Stay tuned. **current Score** At&t: 1 Customer: 0

::Have been an at&t customer since the Cingular wireless days and have always had great experiences at the stores until today. I walked in with a question about my phone not updating and the person working there who couldn't be more than 16 cut me off while I was talking (as she slowly got up from sitting down watching tv) and tried to explain to me that Apple isn't a cell phone service and I'd have to go to the Apple Store because they only deal with my service. I said so you can't help me? Even though my service is being affected and you do in fact sell Apple iPhones at this location, correct? And I just walked out. This person should be fired.

::I went to this store at March 2017 to get new cellphone. At that moment lg v20 was on promotion 50% off the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but they failed to inform me that promotion applies only when i buy cellphone, and it doesn't applies when i get instalment plan. I was very specific about this promotion and now i got the cellphone without any discounts for full price wich is significantly higher than price on Amazon. The only one reason for my to bought this cellphone was 50% promotion. And when i called the store to ask when the promotion will apply - store manager told me during 3 month. I assume that they don't know there own At&t company polices. Unprofessional.
