::This particular time, my experience was seamless and how it should be all the time. Made an appt with an employee, Daniel. He had my product ready, addressed me by name, quick check out and I was out of there in under 5 mins. This needs to be done all the time though.

::WARNING WARNING. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! They will rob you blind. The staff is very unprofessional. She was on FaceTime with her friends while trying to explain service deals. I bought an iPhone8 and never received my free phone offer plus I received old headphones that never worked. I tried to exchange it, the staff told me it was not their problem, find an Apple store. She also overcharged me by adding unnecessary fees. Everytime I called they refused to let me speak to her. By the 4th call, she apparently no longer worked there.That whole location is sketchy. STAY AWAY!! 🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️

::Awful staff desperately didn’t want to do their jobs. Made multiple trips along with multiple headaches over a simple phone receipt. The staff didn’t know who the manager was and avoided giving relevant solutions at all costs. I ended up spending hours there to leave with no solution. it just took minutes over a phone call to get what these joke employees couldn’t do.
