    I can not believe this is how they treat a customer of 17 years! The manager was not helpful what so EVER! A matter of fact he was very rude and wouldn't help my son buy a SIM card with my authorization over the phone even with my passcode that is a security feature only I would know unless I've shared that with anyone else. He hung up on my only after him explaning I had to be present and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say or wasn't allowed to even ask any question to find out if there was any other options. They apparently allow anybody these days to be in management with no customer service or knowledge on how to assist a customer. Only inconvenience the customer.

    It states on your website that you close at 9 pm. We drove over there and at 8:20 pm your doors were locked and different hours were posted on the door stating closing was at 8 pm. You're a communications company with a failure to communicate. How ironic. You wasted our time and gas. Thanks AT & T.

    I have been at this store 2 times, I wish I knew the name of the first person that helped us there, he was really nice, he looked hispanic around 45 y/o, black hair but didnā€™t speak Spanish, he was very helpful. The second time I went, Audrey Rodriguez helped us and she did a great job too, she helped me open an account and switch from sprint and transfer my phone #s too. We had a problem because we couldnā€™t remember my moms Apple ID password and we had to call her and we were taking a long time but she was very patient with us. My mom was telling us the right password but she forgot to tell us it had capital letters lol, it was written in a small notebook at her house and I thought we had to stay there till we knew the password but then I told Audrey we were going to go home and look at the password and come back because I thought she needed to do something else with the phone but she said if I got the password right I could do it at home. It was funny because we couldā€™ve just done that instead of making my mom tells us word for word the password and everything. We went home and I typed the right password in and problem solved. I was thinking ā€œAudrey, why didnā€™t you just tell us we could go home and do it?ā€ We were there for like half and hour trying to figure out my moms password over the phone while we couldā€™ve just went home and see it ourselves. But Audrey was great, I loved how patient she was and didnā€™t get mad at all. I was nervous because we were taking too long.ā€ I would give it 5 stars but I didnā€™t like how the lady at the door received us the first time we went there, donā€™t know her name either..

    My fiance and I went here looking to change from a family plan to our own new plan and the customer service was on par with the worst I have ever recieved. I asked about pricing to a group of 3 employees and they were all dismissive and distant to answering my questions. When one of them finally decided to help she was short with her answers and not helpful. I feel as if though I was in a good mood and just needed help and the very young staff working here would have prefers to stay in bed this morning. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

    Best experience I have had at an AT&T store by far! I was greeted immediately after walking in and the employees (Sean and Sam are who I worked with) took their time to help me find the best way for me to save money on my bill when I came in to pay it, without me even asking! They both seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer which I never get at the other AT&T store just outside the mall. I ended up leaving after they signed me up for directv and have been very satisfied. If you live in the Hurst area, this is the store to go to!
