  I don’t leave many reviews but I just had to come here and mention how helpful and polite Caleb was. He was the only one working there without any help from other employees and took care of everything I needed. He was patient with me and all my questions and did it all with a smile. Thanks Caleb!

  Horrible!!!!!!! If you don't want to be taken advantage of, DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE!! Manager will make it so you have the most difficult and frustrating experience. UNREAL!!

  What a breath of fresh air! This is a completely new and improved version of the store! What a difference from the previous staff and manager! The new manager, Margaret, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her honesty saved us money and in turn we added additional lines to our plan for our family. Her vivacious personality and commitment to customer service is matched only by her savvy and professionalism. Adam is another young man in the store who was very pleasant and helpful the time I went in and Margaret was off. Ive since recommended this store to my neighbor and uncle both. Thank you for all your help... youve made happy and loyal customers out of us! Keep up the great work... Long Beach needs more customer friendly places like you!
