  This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and worse I am forced to use it. There has to be some insurance rule my doctor is breaking. There have been at least 4 times where I went to this pharmacy during their posted hours and found it dark. As a matter of fact, I called in refills yesterday (a Tuesday) and my husband went to pick them up for me @ 6:10 PM and they were closed! Every time I want to go here I have to call to make sure they are open. Awful!

  There hours need to be corrected the website hours differ from hours on door. Door says open Saturdays but when you get here it’s closed. Not fair to patients who work late during week and can not come until the weekend. There not convienent at all.

  This place is shady and I don't like that my son's Dr. forced it upon us to use them. I'm filling a complaint! I discovered my son's prescription that was written for a 30 day supply of 90 pills only had 61 pills, 29 pills of my son's controlled substance medication were missing. When I called them they said they would do an inventory count and call me right back. When I got the call back they said that I could come pick up the 19 pills they put to the side. I was shocked and very upset by what I was told and questioned the so called inventory count they did when 29 pills were missing not 19. So I was told to just come and pick them up. Based on my past experiences and now this very obvious one, I believe these guys are stealing small amounts of medication from the prescriptions they fill and selling them on the street. I could have been telling them a lie for all they know, they did no reconciliation of any sort to verify what amount of medication they had dispensed to my son. Why aren't these people under investigation?

  If you happen to be visiting one of the medical offices in the Huntington Atrium this small pharmacy can be extremely convenient. If you're lucky you will leave with your prescription in 15 minutes or less. However, unlike a major chain (i.e. CVS or Walgreens) their hours are fairly limited. I believe they are open Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 7PM. By comparison, my local CVS is open 24 hours. In addition to filling prescriptions they carry various sundries such as chips, pretzels, soda, water, lip balm, peroxide, bandages, etc. The staff is very pleasant to deal with.
