  Bad Customer service. I went into this branch to cash a 529 distribution check that was in my name on behalf of my son. The cashier took the check and my ID, scanned the check and then took the check to his manager's office. After coming back to the counter he scrutinized my ID again and ran the check again. The teller then gives me back my ID and tells me he can't cash the check, that it needs to be deposited in my account. He then stamps the check not used for intended purposes and gives it back to me. The check is now useless and I will have to wait for NJBEST to replace it, which means my son will have to wait for books.
