  The atm inside the bank says cash withdrawal transactions are not available. I wait for a teller who tells me she cannot accept my Visa debit card because its not signed. Now that she's seen my card its invalid at this institution. The ATM doesn't care - neither does the teller. I use the drive through and pay a $5 fee. I show my receipt to the teller to prove the ATM inside is not working. She says that's not their responsibility.
