  ATM is not the problem as I have never used them. The line at this bank is crazy. Imagine on a Tuesday afternoon, a long line of people almost out to the doors. This is crazy! Only 3 windows are opened. These tellers are trying their best to move people along but the wait here is ridiculous. If you have time to kill then go to this bank. If your time is precious to you then I would suggest another Bank of America or even another bank.
