  This is one of the worst banks i have ever been to. The staff seems to not wanna be there doing their jobs and if u ask them a question its like pulling teeth to get a courteous response from them. The atm on the outside of the bank always has issues and has eaten my card 3 times. I changed banks do to all of these reasons and will tell everyone to use capital one bank up the block. They actually care about their customers and the staff are amazing.
