  It is fine for an ATM if you need it but I personally would rather go to Walmart or any other store that offers cash back so that I can buy anything at all to save the atm fee plus the non Network ATM fee - I rather get something for that money rather than just spend it in fees although I will not drive for out of the way to waste gas either so in an emergency I guess it would work but since there's so many other choices I haven't had the need to use it after learning about being charged both from the ATM and from the bank and that your account is with... So I much rather get a pack of gum or a Twix or something I actually need. I have seen other people without bank accounts use on the ATM check cashing machines inside of the 7-Elevens and they pay a percentage or a flat fee and it frequently takes a significant amount of time. There was a time when I had a friend doing that and I got frustrated with the amount of time it was taking so I drove into the small Walmart that is like a mile or a mile and a half and I was able to pick out a random cheap item and get the cash back - go and pick my friend up - after still continuing to wait for her when my banking was done, and there wasn't a line! Now I am happy to use mobile deposits!
