  I had to call them & fight with them at least once a month because they would mess up my weekly direct deposit. I would have to wait 3 & 4 extra days to get my money.

  Worst experience ever trying to open a simple business account. No manager on the weekend, computer not working, banker doesn't know how to setup account. Waited for 2 hours for them to get it done. They also didn't tell me even after I called to find out the process for the FREE account that I would need a $100 deposit nor does it state it anywhere on their website.
