  Luis, helped me add my car onto my policy. He was the most professional and attentive representative. I have been with this company for months but he made a impact to me. Not sure if he's new, but duplicate him. 😊

  New ownership around Feb 2018 not friendly anymore too many additional!!! Fees. I would check elsewhere before going to them sad really I've been doing business with that agency a long time no more buyers beware

  I’ve been coming here for several years. The ladies are always really nice and the prices are good. I would've definitely recommended this place up until Jan 8, 2018. The new employees here aren't like the old ones. The new manager actually stepped into her office to yell at someone on the phone. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had been told on Sat over the phone that there was a $10 late fee. But when I came in to pay, that $10 turned to $30. I asked about it and I was just told that it was an "agency" fee. This location is also charging new outrageous fees. I'm taking my business somewhere else. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this particular Atlas Insurance to anyone. I miss the old staff.
