::I must say I regret buying a second Toyota and now I feel a stronger regret after dealing with the service department so many times. I came in for an oil change with a new car and had to come back 3 more times because a tire pressure sensor would not reset. After receiving the car back from repair/manual reset of the sensor, three days later a tire explodes while I am driving on the highway. The tires are almost new!!! And now I am forced to buy a new tire because it’s not covered of course. I am now terrified of driving my new car! When should I expect the other 3 to explode?! I cannot help but feel that the constant tire pressure issue has something to do with this. Otherwise Toyota uses the cheapest tires possible. Because how is this possible.

::Whenever my wife or I go here, we are treated extremely well. We have our car maintenance done here and nowhere else. I have had the pleasure of dealing with several quality service advisors here over the years but have built a trusting relationship with Timothy Keehner. I have been going to this dealership for almost a decade and always request for Tim to advise me on what is needed for my cars. He is not only knowledgeable but even more importantly, he is honest. Bringing a car in for maintenance can be a hassel but Tim and Atlantic Toyota make it as convenient as possible. Saturday mornings are busy to say the least but there are plenty of copies of Newsday to read, TVs to watch, bagels and muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate and a roomy waiting area. I often bring a laptop to do work at one of the desks in the waiting room, complete with free Wi-Fi. We request that Jeremy work on our cars as he takes the time to explain what work was done, why it was done and what we may need to be aware of at the next service appointment. I feel safe and secure when leaving the dealership knowing that he has worked on my wife's car. Between Tim and Jeremy, I know my car and I are going to be treated extremely well. Maintaining cars through dealerships can have a bad name because of the cost associated with original factory parts and having to pay factory trained technicians but I always leave knowing that I was treated honestly and that I paid a fair price for top quality work.

::Great service. I was there earlier than my schedule time and they told me no problem and they took my car right away. Waiting room was nice and I waited while watching the news.
