  I was very disappointed when I walked into the Visitor's Center yesterday. There was an older lady working behind the desk and when we walked in, she just looked our way and quickly looked away to keep doing what she was doing....no smile, no welcome or anything. I had to greet her to get a response and when I did, hers was brief. She didn't even ask if she could help. Not a welcoming greeting for the VISITOR's CENTER!
