  I wanted to take some time to thank Rodney and Athletic Gaines for all your help during the last 4 months. You have offered a complete package in coaching/training. I was happy to find that you could offer guidance in all aspects of my training program: strength training, endurance, cardio stamina, nutrition, and flexibility. During my training it is always evident that you care about my goals and work hard at keeping it interesting as well as challenging. Every workout is different and dynamic. Each time I want to quit, you are there to push just me through. Your thoughtfulness in preparing workouts has been much appreciated and extremely rewarding. I would recommend Athletic Gaines to anyone. Once again, thanks for bringing so much to the proverbial training table. Your knowledge base, diversity, and follow-through have helped tremendously in my realization of my goals.

  I have worked out for many years at many facilities and with personal trainers. Athletic Gaines is top notch. The trainers and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The trainers work you out hard and push you to be and do your best. They will help you perform better at your sport while focusing on keeping you safe. I highly recommend AG.

  The trainers and facilities here are fantastic. I've been working on speed training for my upcoming season and it's amazing how much they've fixed and improved my performance. Best place to go for athletes looking to improve their game.

  Best Trainers & Facility. Makes you feel like family & gives you the confidence to do anything thrown your way. Have showers. Ice bags, fridgerator, Towels & a friendly staff! I love it !

  I went in for my first training session and noticed this place was not an ordinary gym. They had a few machines i have never seen before. Then i noticed 2 pro football players on the training floor. The same trainer that was training them, was training me next. I had an amazing first session with Rodney and I will be signing up next week. Great place and most importantly, It wasn't a high school reunion like all the other gyms.
