  Wow! This place has everything! One of the most unique GYM I've been to. Got yoga, batting cages, pole vaulting, boxing, personal training & group classes!!!

  This gym is a community. It’s not a meat market or a place to show off. The gym is definitely the cleanest I’ve seen and the equipment is all functional. I definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking to get results and be a part of a community to keep you accountable.

  One of my favorite bootcamps! Super diverse moves and use of equipment. You'll pretty much never do he same thing twice. Robel is an awesome instructor! He is attentive to form, motivating, and fun. There is a nice community feeling here, too.

  By far the best workout classes I have ever taken. I always leave feeling so great. The trainers really care about each person. The nicest people come to workout at athletic form. If your wanting a great workout, with amazing nonjudgemental people this is your gym.

  Could not speak more highly of this gym. Robel and Phillip are great trainers and the facilities are top-notch. Best circuit-style training classes in the city!
