  This was my first experience with Atea, and I am so glad that I made the switch. The facility is very nice, simple and open, and the girls were welcoming and really seemed to enjoy their work. My stylist, Bonnie, was AMAZING. Not only does she have a great sense of humor and an open personality, but she slayed the short curly style that I went in for. My long, thick and curly hair was successfully turned into the fun, layered bob that I was looking for. It looked just like the pictures I brought in! For a curly girl, it's sometimes hard to find a stylist who is confident in taking on shorter styles. It is even harder to find someone who can do it well! I will definitely be back to see Bonnie and am so excited to show-off my new hair.

  Love this place!!! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed with my results. All the women are so sweet and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I get my hair cut and colored as well as eye lash extensions there. They never steer me wrong or try to add charges to my bill. They are honest and thorough with everything they do. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

  After coming to Atea, I will never go anywhere else. Bonnie transitioned me from a brunette to a blonde and my hair has never looked better. And Kayla keeps my eyelashes looking flawless with extensions. 10/10 the best salon in Lexington!

  Atea Salon is my favorite salon experience ever! The entire staff there are always friendly and inviting. The decor is simple yet upscale. The atmosphere is relaxing and personable. I also love seeing such a wide range of clients when I visit. I always feel comfortable recommending them because they have the ability to accommodate any hair needs. My stylist is Lydia and she always does a first class job. I really like her due to her expertise in color and cut. However, I must say her blowouts are stellar too! I always feel amazing after visiting Atea Salon!

  I love Atea Beauty and highly recommend them. My hair stylist is Lydia but there are times I have seen other stylists and never disappointed. Wonderful highlights, cut, style, lashes and amazing blowouts. Love my beach wave curls too! Atea for sure has my loyalty.
