  Great customer service from the office to the tech. When I booked my appointment I received a confirmation email. The tech called letting me know exactly when he would be here. He showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. My only regret is I didn't reach out to them first. I would definitely recommend and use them again!!

  We hired Astoria's Best Exterminators to rid us of mice. The staff came on time and went straight to work. Although I was unprepared for my appointment, he was courteous, competent, and fast! I hope with all the holes he plugged with steel wool it will be the last I see of those little creatures.

  After watching my favorite cashmere sweater eaten to shreds and then a swarm of beige moths on my favorite rug, I decided it was time to do something about it.I told a colleague about my problem and she referred me here. the rep sent was early and very reasonable. He eased my mind that the spray he was using would not hurt the meezers. He sprayed every nook and cranny of our house. It has now been two months and not one single beige moth in sight.

  I was referred here by my mom after i explained my situation to her about my problem with cockroaches. She has used Astoria's Best Exterminators for such cases and got help immediately. I contacted them and they came the following day. they were on time and i liked their services. Very intelligent staff.

  After i raised my concerns about ants to them. They came the following day and they did a great job thorough inspection. The rep was patient and knowledgable. Great service!
