  I went a month ago in the hopes to join the gym with my friend. The staff member at the reception had no interest to talk to me and she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I asked her if I could have a walk around in the gym to see how it looks like and she said we would have to pay for that. What gym makes you pay to have a look around before you join the gym. I think the place will do much better with better staff members.

  The women manager is very very rude .I asked her name , but she doesn’t want to reveal her name .Even Now I don’t understand , she refused our membership . Even she also said we are not able lesson of swimming . So I want to back money $380, but she said “No” and I said I will call 911, and she returned money . Even she shouted to me “Get out ! You never come in” , and at that time I was with my kids.

  Just had my sons 7th birthday party here. Kareem and Eric were such a great host, interacted with the kids the entire time. Paulette is Very organized, she texted me very promptly. Very easy to deal with. We'll be back again. Thanks guys! You rock

  Very bad place...the staffs are very rude. Please don't waste your money in this place. One of the manager a women with a lot plastic surgery is very rude don't know how to run a business at all. Dont care about customers. Very disappointed with this place. There are a lot good gyms in Astoria. Don't waste money and time
