  Mark and the Care Provider Team of Susan, Regina and Agnes were really great and totally professional at each step of the way. They gave the family great comfort but most importantly gave our mom the support she required in a reliable fashion. It's a pleasure to have Assisting Hands as part of our extended care team. And I would recommend them to anyone.

  Assisting Hands has been excellent in helping my family find the right care for my grandparents. Deciding to have a home health aide in their home was not an easy decision, but right from the start both Mark the owner and Susan the clinical nurse coordinator helped us figure out what our options were for elder care. The difference with Assisting Hands as compared to other agencies is their personal attention and detail to their clients. Susan has spent numerous hours assessing and getting to know my grandparents as their needs changed over the last few months to ensure the aides were trained with their care. Both of the aides, Karen and Santana are wonderful! They show compassion and are terrific caregivers making my family and I feel very comfortable leaving my grandparents in their care. I highly recommend Assisting Hands if you are faced with needing care for your elderly loved ones.

  I would highly recommend Assisting Hands of Bergen Co. for finding an aide for a loved one. Mark the owner is always available to answer questions or to provide assistance. He is professional, caring and his employees speak well of him and the company. A company that treats their staff well will keep good staff. Susan, the RN who comes to do the initial assessment, is a kind and lovely person as well. Assisting hands has provided me with two wonderful aides that have cared for my mother like a family member. They have both been dependable, caring, attentive and trust worthy. I know all too well how difficult it may be to care for an ailing family member and working with Mark has helped my family deal with this difficult time.

  Mark and his staff have done an outstanding job in providing care for my father. My Dad has limited mobility and dementia and the aide assists my mom with his personal care, some physical & occupational therapy as well as some light housekeeping. Assisting Hands of Bergen County have been very accommodating with my parent's requests. They are a wonderful company that truly are concerned for their clients well being. Mark frequently checks in to see how the aide is working out and listens for feedback. I highly recommend Assisting Hands of Bergen County without hesitation.

  The Senior Residence at St. Peter the Apostle is truly lucky to have the opportunity to work with Assisting Hands of Bergen County. The entire staff is outstanding; Mark and Susan are just the best. Smart, caring and concerned. Everyone is thoughtful and professional. Consistently and repeatedly the entire staff has gone above and beyond to ensure the highest care for our residents. Their knowledge and abilities are only matched by their caring. They seem to really care about our residents and the residents care deeply about them. I would highly recommend Assisting Hands!!!
