  Having worked at Assist Ambulance from 2008-2016 I feel comfortable testifying that the employees working there are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to patient care. I have personally used Assist Ambulance for emergency transportation of sick family members, and found that the caring demonstrated by their EMTs and Paramedics I have not yet experienced elsewhere. I moved away from NYC, but for friends and family in NY who ask me for a recommendation, my answer is always: "Go to Assist Ambulance!"

  Great company with dedicated employees......see their brand new ambulances near my home and work constantly

  my experience with assist ambulance was absolutely positive,i had fallen at work and the following day my leg was very swollen.i called assist ambulance and i found the dispatchers to be very kind and courteous.they took my information quickly and dispatched an ambulance right away, a supervisor (Jason) happened to be in the area and he arrived first.he took my blood pressure and by this time it was very high.because i was afraid and very anxious.he was reassuring and helped me remain calm until the ambulance arrived . minutes later...the crew arrived . ( Carson and Regent) were very kind and compassionate.i hope i never need an ambulance again but if i do i will definitely choose assist :) I have read some negative reviews about this company and i think its very unfair to base their entire reputation on an incident that nobody really knows the full story on.thank you to all the lovely employees for you kindness and professionalism.

  Tonight the 2 technicians saved my grandmother from a neglectful nursing home. As a family member who regularly checks up on my grandmother I was under the impression that the staff at the nursing home would have known how to put her on the oxygen mask... they did not! I am so grateful for the two that realized her medical care was not up to standard at the nursing home and got her vitals to a safe level. They got us to the hospital safely and waited with us until she got a bed. I believe their names were Demaris and Gary. Thank you again!
