  Kept their promise to be on time even after I changed pickup from 4AM to 3:30AM.Driver very courteous and limo very clean.I would certainly use them again

  We used another big limo company in Minneapolis for a number of years but lately their services and their vehicles were in decline. We decided to look around and found Aspen Limo on a Google search looking for airport pickup and wedding-related services for our daughter's wedding ... including her bachelorette night on the town. My goodness what a party limo! How wonderful the service and the kind owners and the beautiful vehicles were!! We are just so delighted with everything! Thank you so much Ali and Russell! Our daughter was just thrilled! We will definitely make Aspen and you our first call going forward. Just so nice and professional...

  This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to rent a limo. They would not listen to what I wanted and were very rude on the phone! I would advise to look else where!

  On the day of the Super Bowl 2018, Aspen did not pick up our clients from the hotel after we paid them for a 12HR service package for the event. We called countless times and sent several emails but still no response from anyone on their team. We asked our clients to order an Uber versus waiting for Aspen to pick them up because apparently an app is more reliable than a so called "professional" limo service. Never recommending Aspen to anyone in the Minneapolis area.

  I talked to several limo service providers inquiring about quotes and other questions that I had. Most were nice and patient with my questions. However, when I called Aspen Limo, Al answered. He was so nice and courteous. And what got me was when he said as I was about to hang up, “Thank you for the opportunity.” Reminding me that, yes, I am the customer. I was sold! I didn’t call anyone else. I booked with Al at Aspen limo. And he was on time and fabulous. Enjoyed the whole ride and the whole experience. Al was so accommodating. If I ever have need of a limo service again, I will definitely call Al at Aspen!
