  Safe oasis in Rancho. Rent is affordable and the manager Cici is the best. Very kind and caring and takes great pride in keeping our park safe, clean and a great place to live.

  I called asking for availability and rental rates. Unfortunately they are full. :( However, the very nice lady I talked to provided some great hints about other parks in the area and where to go/not go. Very helpful! And passed on infor that due to the Paradise Camp Fire, FEMA has taken up many slots in the area to house those who lost their homes.. :(

  Nice park with decent residents. The park owners keep it in nice order. The monthly charges to live there is very reasonable. The manager is used to running a business in another customer service area,but, could benefit from better training in hospitality/ rental properties.

  For what it is, a TV and mobile home park, this one of the best! We have lived here happily for more than five years. The owners have done some great work on adding additional lighting around the park! Also, it is nice and quiet here!
