::Avoid at all costs. This place received a 1 star rating because I could not go lower. Back in late 2022 I went on to get to caps. They offered me something that my insurance would not cover and would cost upwards to 3 thousand dollars. I declined. They then said they had a lower tiered cap that looks almost identical that my insurance covers 100%. I agreed. Next thing I know I’m getting bills for the first set of caps that I declined. I’ve called and spoke with them multiple times, each time saying that they would take care of it and that they see the issue. I just received a 4th bill request with a threat to go to collections of I don’t pay. They also claimed that this appears to be an issue with the previous staff messing up. I will be going there in person tomorrow, but I get the feeling this will be headed for court if they try and make me pay.

::A great experience at the Danbury Aspen Dental. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The most important thing I can mention is the hours they are available to their patients. As we all know our needs are never on the 9-5 schedule. Aspen dental puts their patients needs first in this way and I commend them for this.

::Went in for an emergency as a tooth had broken but they did it entire work up and plan. The staff is top notch. very impressed with everyone from the receptionist which is the first step to the office manager, which is the last. A fantastic office.

The receptionist, X-ray tech, Dental hygienist, and dentist were all on point. I was able to get quick service & follow-up appointments to get my work started. I truly recommend this professional, friendly dentist office that will meet all your needs.
