  Staff was very kind. They helped me get through a difficult pain as well as helped understand steps necessary to keep up my healthy teeth. The hygienist Danielle was very thorough and helped break down and explained what was happening. Doctor Wenner explained simply the steps needed to recover quickly from the issues at hand.

  It's not a friendly place at all. I am not feel welcome in this place. Give me a good exam & ex ray. I just wanted to have a teeth cleaning, but they don't want to do it, then they suggested I need the scale cleaning, which would cost me $335. I never heard of that kind of cleaning. Never go back to this place. I am wondering are they wanted to make money on me? Too expensive for teeth cleaning, I just wanted a normal teeth cleaning.

  I went for my first time and will recommend everyone to go here.The place is clean and everyone is so nice and ready to help. I loved my doctor he was very nice and right to the point which I like.And all his assistants were very nice and they all are willing to help.It is the place to go and I had no insurance so they have financing , except most insurance. I am glad I went and I am proud to call them my new and only dentist.

  God awful customer service. While calling into the office be prepared to be placed on hold then disconnected only to have no one answer when you call back. Hold times often exceed 10 minutes. Receptionist is often rude as well. As well I did have one experience where Aspen Dental was requiring me to prepay $500 for SCHEDULING a crown fitting 6 weeks out. To be clear, this prepayment we required to schedule time with the dentist and I should mention that I have been a 7 year client and never had any payment issues, at all. Over the span of 10 days I regularly reached out to the office manager to get an over ride on this. My voice mails were never returned, after this time and an annoying amount of effort I was finally able to get this appointment scheduled with no deposit, after stopping by the office in person to resolve. Simply, I will NEVER come to this location again.. this is just the tip of the iceberg. For instance I can even recall a time where they improperly molded a crown and 10 months later they said I needed a new one and told me I'd have to pay for it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
