  Changed my appointment time multiple times. Went from being the next day too three weeks. But then back to the same day then possibly Florence had an opening then they needed me to come in right away for the original time and date they had. It couldn’t of been anymore stressful. Then once I finally arrived the dentist told me I smelled of Weed and couldn’t help me. Thanks for everything

  I have 2 teeth that have needed extracted for a while now but I'm scared of needles. They made me very comfortable today and got me in quickly at the Newport,KY location. Thank you and I'm ready to start on my new smile with your help!

  Everyone was very friendly. The work I had done was well executed. I am glad to have Aspen Dental on Parkway Pavilion as my Dental office.

  I am not a dentist person but I love the ladies at Hebron Aspen Dental. From start to finish they caring about you. I will have more visits with them so I will be looking forward to seeing them.

  Staff was sweet and I was very happy with my initial consultation and treatment from everyone. I had booked my next appointment a cleaning 3 months in advance and paid for half of it, I had called in a month before my appointment to see if I could come in sooner due to me moving across country unexpectedly, they couldn’t and I was understanding with that and figured I’d push my move back because of how happy I was with their service the first time. After rearranging my move just for this appointment they called me 4 days before the appointment because they double booked and wouldn’t be able to get me in for another few weeks. After reading other reviews I can tell cancelling appointments and double booking is a problem at this location. If you have a tight schedule I would not go here as they seem to move stuff around often. It’s extremely unprofessional to have people book months in advance and prepay only to cancel their appointment. Very sad because I finally thought I had found a great dentist office!
