  I’m TERRIFIED of dentists...until now. I saw Dr. Morales and Kayla for my appointment. They were concise and didn’t push a lot of unnecessary procedures. I’m so glad I found them. They took the fear out of it for me.

  I recommend the Newburgh, NY Aspen location. The new facility is very nice but what makes it special is the awesome staff. From the initial contact (Devan is the best! I csn always count on her her!) to the techs, right up to our dentist Kendall, everyone is friendly, caring, and professional. They provide high quality dentistry and you feel like you are being taken care of. Excellent!

  Factory line to make more money. came in for one thing they attended to everything but that the issue. They wanted me to schedule and appoint for three weeks out and tried to sell me things not even related to why i was there. horrible bed side manor from dentist. location is only good thing about this place.

  The service was terrible. After waiting for about 20 minutes to be seen, I was called in to the back for X-rays and thereafter, the hygienist. The hygienist was nice as well as the dentist that I met. The hygienist explained that I would need a deep cleaning and to wait in the adjacent waiting room for the next step. After sitting in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes, I got up to ask the receptionist what the wait was for. I was told I was waiting to be called to discuss my options. I then spoke with a representative who informed me what my insurance would cover for the REQUIRED deep cleaning and options to pay the remaining $260. I was also informed that there would be no cleaning that day and I would have to schedule another appointment. I spent over 1 hour at Aspen dental with no clear instruction as to how their facility works. Their only excuse was that they had just opened the day before but the whole process was unacceptable! I've never been to a dentist in which a basic cleaning is not performed the day of.

  After writing a review, I received a call from office manager ,Devan. She was interested in the review that I left, I was surprised.she resolved the issue I had.They really do care about the experience of your visit. I will be return business.
