  Michelle was my sale's person and was great. The manager and staff had excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store.

  Our sales lady was awesome and would go back and buy from her again, management was another thing. We went on line to show our family what we purchased and noticed that the prices were cheaper on the Ashley website, we called down to the store they told us that they would match that price, we just needed to bring down proof and they would match. We went down the exact same day and they would not honor that price because our sales lady was not working that night. If we would have been told on the phone that the sales person we dealt with was the only one who could "honor" that price we would have asked when she was going to be there, any who we were not told that. The manager was very rude and would not even think of honoring that price so we canceled the order altogether and ordered it on line. The manager lost that sale for the nice sales person we dealt with.
