  Large showroom with great selection. Helpful staff, good prices. Sofas are rather large (not suitable for a Manhattan apartment)

  This location is a great place to shop, the quality is good and customer service is top rated. I have purchased multiple items in the past few years and they all stand up to time and wear, BUT where they have truly strand out is customer service. I have dealt with many company and they always seem to fall short not all but many ... I had a recent issue with an item that was over a year old like 15 months, and the issue was something that i did with hardware. I called into the the Secaucus location and James helped and solved my issues in about 5 min , and AT no cost ... now that is customer service .... Thank you again for the help and great service!

  Bad customer service, Mike was our salesperson. Prior to arriving at the store, me and my girlfriend called up to inquire about a bedroom set we saw online. We were greeted over the phone by Mike so we went in stores looking for him to give him the sale. He acted surprised when he saw the online price we showed him. We got the bedroom set and he sold us on a mattress saying the box spring was included for the same price. After reviewing the receipt I noticed I paid for the box spring and was not giving the option. Also i was not told there was different sizes so by default he gave us the 9" box spring which was way too high. He sold us the bedroom set and the box spring in display I came to find out was a low profile one. Now I am stuck with the box spring losing $130. Also the dresser I ordered had broken drawers. It was a long process to get things resolved but they exchanged only the dresser not box spring. Calling back and trying to resolve anything, Mike did not care. He made his sale and that was it.

  Received help immediately from a very helpful sales rep! Purchased item and set up delivery all within 20 minutes! Highly recommend! Courteous and kind.

  GREAT and SMOOTH experience. Lots of furniture to choose from. Thank you so much Jonathan T. and the manager, Myron for taking such good care of us! We truly appreciate it! Definitely will come back to get more furniture!
