    Unfortunately my experience at Ashley's was not like everyone else's. I spent about 30 minutes with sales reps asking questions and confirming an outdoor set I was going to purchase. After paying in full and setting a delivery date, the furniture was delivered and it was not what I was told I was getting in my order at the store. After going back into the store and speaking to the same reps and manager, the manager kept saying "So you THOUGHT this was the set you were getting.." WRONG!!! ...I was TOLD numerous times which items I would be getting in the set. There was no guessing from the reps, but suddenly because they messed up, it was MY fault. I measured the set I was supposed to get an everything, the reps remembered our conversation. It is unfortunate that the reps made this mistake and were not fully educated on the products in their store. I asked the manager to do a better job with his reps because money is EARNED and should not be easily thrown away because of stupid mistakes like this. Customer Care was no help either. This goes to show that you can go in to this store, have your measurements at hand, ask questions, confirm, move pieces around and still be told it is YOUR fault for not knowing which pieces were in the set. The last time I checked, I wasn't an employee at this store so I shouldn't have to sell myself furniture. I hope that others who might not have the time to spend and ask questions, or have their measurements ready are not fooled into this nonsense. There is a no refund policy..there are some people who can't afford for employees to make a mistake like this and NOT get their money back. Never going in here again.

    This is the best furniture store I've been to in my life. I made a purchase of a sofa+love seat, and a bedroom set. The customer service is great! I was helped by Christian and Marcel. They are so kind, professional, and patient. They made things move so easily and I appreciate that very much because I was having trouble with another furniture company and they also helped me with that. I couldn't possibly thank them enough. Please, if you are looking for furniture or mattresses, go to this store. You won't regret it at all.

    I love this store. I visited several furniture stores in the past week and this, by far, was the best experience. Scott was very patient with me, really took the time to understand my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I walked away with a great sofa and a TV stand. I will definitely be back. Update...I originally gave the store 5 stars. However, after terrible delivery experience I'm not sure if I want to come back. So 1 star for delivery.

    I had an amazing visit at this location today. Nicole was very warm and welcoming. She made us feel right home. It was my cousin's birthday an Nicole was just a pleasant person to interact with in the store. She is the only employee who offer a smile and a hello. She heard us talking about having pain and helped us with our pressure point assessment test, which was very helpful. She offered help on how we can rightfully go about purchasing the beds we wanted. Thank you so much for you delightful positivity!

    Visited this location to explore sofa options during the Presidents Day weekend for my first apartment. I had an awesome experience at this Ashley location. Initially I was very flustered since it is my first move and wanting everything to be perfect but as soon as we entered the store Jon was very welcoming with his personality and making sure we were comfortable by offering refreshments. He took the time to listen to my ideas and try to draw them out for a better visual to see which product would best fit my living space. The best part was when he was not quite sure of a specific detail he was not afraid to call for assistance. Nicole was also a major help in my decision of purchasing my sofa. She was very informative from the interior decorating scheme I had in mind, to something as simple as a lighting change to show off the true essence of the sofa. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service of the store.
