  Buyers beware! My wife and I received an email from Ashley’s Furniture announcing 70% off sale, only to find out the 70% sale was for 1 item and the current sale was 50%. We decided to look around and with the assistance of a sales rep, we purchased a living room set which we were assured by the sales rep included a stand-alone chair which was part of the showroom exhibit. When we received the contract it clearly stated “Armless chair”, but when we received the delivery, we were surprised to find the armless chair was part of the sectional we purchased. We contacted the Customer service representative and explain the situation, and we were told that the Sales rep who sold us the furniture no longer works for them. I asked to speak to a Manager and the Customer rep refuse to transfer me and instead relayed the Managers’ message that if we wanted the chair, we would have to pay for it. I called back the next day and asked for the floor manager, and I explained the situation that we did not receive what we were offered in the sale. After speaking with 2 other Managers, we were told that we received what was in the sales contract and if we wanted the chair, we would have to buy it. We asked them to take back the furniture and refund our money and we were refused. We feel the sales rep use the bait and switch when selling us the furniture and the managers did not honor the sale. We will never buy another piece of Furniture at another Ashley’s Furniture store.

  I would love to write about my experience from being there but I don’t think we were even acknowledged for being in the store. My wife and I went a few days ago and not 1 sales rep came up us about anything In our entire 30 minutes there. We saw our first employee, sitting on the couch watching News 12 and he didn’t even look up as we walked out the door

  This place is the absolute worst! If I could give them negative stars I would! I ordered furniture from them on April 9 only to be told after 3 weeks from the date that I ordered that the bed is discontinued. I did change my order from a Queen size to a King size mid-order, but they happily accepted my credit card to bill me for the extra amount to change the bed size. Now today the day of delivery these morons have the nerve to tell me that the chest I ordered was damaged while in transit. Are you kidding me? On delivery day you decide to tell me that one of my items are damaged? I am trying to reach them for a full refund because I want nothing more to do with them. They are crooks and run a very shady business. Stay far away from them!! I am posting the same review on Google and any other forum because this place need to be exposed.

  I don't remember anyone name. But the salesperson on the floor was very nice. But the girl at the register has an attitude problem and she don't explain must. I had to ask to minute questions. She answer everything like she hate her job. Also they had only one choice for a twin size mattress. It's been four weeks I still dont have my bed. To wait 6 weeks for a bed is ridiculous.

  Staff were very friendly and polite. They are very inviting and will help you find everything you need. You can negotiate some shipping charges and maybe even get a break if you purchase a bunch of stuff. Quality is great however, their shipping/delivery is not that fast, for some items, you'll have to wait up to 4 or more weeks to receive. Note you'll not be able to buy furniture here and take it home with you the same day, it will be delivered. So if you are in a rush to get your furniture, try another place where you could buy and haul home with you. The price and quality is worth the wait.
