My fiancรฉ and I went in looking for new living room furniture- Jamal helped us from the beginning and was extremely friendly and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us, showing different styles and ideas. We went in a little narrow minded and he totally helped us figure out what we really wanted. We felt he was very genuine in wanting to help us and we never felt rushed to make a decision. He was awesome to work with on costs as well! Thank you, Jamal for all your help this evening! We really appreciated it! Josh & McKenna

Becca was amazing. I will come back the Ashley just because of her. She was professional, helpful, and committed to making sure I had something that was approyfor my home. She clearly has a back ground in design. Ashly is fortunate to have her. I would hire her in a heartbeat!

I originally was going to give a 5 star review as requested by the sales rep, however I'm glad that I waited before reviewing. Ashley is a pretty pricey store, but quality costs. I went needing new bedroom furniture. I wanted a stable platform bed that would be sturdy and support my weight. When I arrived, one worker smiled as she walked past and let me know she was busy and couldn't help me. I said no problem and started walking around. Another worker (Andrew Johnson) saw me when he looked up from his phone, then continued looking at it. No smile, just looked up at me then looked away. I walked around for about 10 minutes then he came over and said can I help you find something and I told him I needed a new bedroom set. Something sturdy. He took me over to a set that was about 2200 after the immediate discount he offered me. It was a very nice set. I liked it and said yes that works. We went over paperwork and I paid for it. I had called and made arrangements for a moving company to pick it up from their warehouse and deliver it the next day, because Ashley could not deliver until the end of the week and was more expensive. As I was leaving, I asked Andrew who he suggested I go and purchase a mattress from. He said why not us? I didn't know they sold mattresses. He took me over to them and the first mattresses he showed me ranged between 3K and 4500. While they were nice, I did not have that for a mattress. After some time he took me over to more affordable mattresses. I chose one, paid for it, and left. After spending $4000 in the store, and another $240 having movers pick it up and deliver, the mover came down and said this is not a platform bed it needs a box spring. I called Ashley and their customer service told me it IS a platform and does NOT need a box spring. Looking at the frame, it was obvious that it needed one. I then found another furniture store, and paid the movers more money to go and pick up my new box spring, bring it back, and finish setting up my bed. I looked up the bed set online, and it does say box frame needed and sold separately. I naturally and I guess naively assumed when purchasing a $2300 mattress that it comes with a box spring. Now I know! But Andrew should have offered one! Especially when he knew I was paying a mover to pick up my items and it would not be easy to go back. Also he tried to make it seem like he was offering me some special discount, but the set is offered online for the same sale price he gave me! I probably won't be returning here. And I need another bedroom set for a different room, but I will find that elswhere!

Researched their inventory online and called to speak with a sales rep and place my order. Was told by a receptionist they are very busy and will call back. Never called back. Called them again and said I want to buy their bedroom set. Again they told me they are very busy and sales rep will call back. 2 days multiple phone calls and nothing but crickets. Took my money and went elsewhere. If they canโ€™t call a buyer back then they definitely wont call you back if you have any issues with the product.

I love the furniture and modern/traditional style so I'm sad I need to write this post. I've been trying to get a $500+ refund for items I returned since January. I don't receive call backs from either customer service OR the store itself. I've called about 25 times and I still to date do not have my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. The items were successfully returned without my money being reimbursed. To me, that's theft. Lastly, Gabby was incredibly rude to me on multiple occasions. Mike, the manager, refuses to answer my calls after multiple calls. Good luck with your purchases and I hope you never have to deal with their horrible customer service.
