::Sales Consultant did not listen! I went in last Saturday with my son. It was the first time we have done anything together in a very long time. So it was extra special to me and we were excited to pick out some furniture. I specifically let her describe to me where everything was, then I said, 'we need to just look around since we have no idea what we want.' SHE PROCEEDED TO LITERALLY FOLLOW US AROUND THE STORE BY STAYING ONE SECTION AWAY. Each time my son and I tried to talk to each other about a couch, or sit down on one, she would butt in and say something like, "oh that comes in a smaller size..." And of course she would yell because she was not near us. HOW RUDE. I asked her for her business card politely at the end so it wasn't like I was totally ignoring her. But really, plus I told her I have to get living-room and dining room sets, (so I would be a good customer). YOU'D THINK she would leave us alone to at least touch a couch in peace. I have been shopping online but want to actually see what they feel like. Not to mention time with my son was ruined and now my son will not go shopping with me anymore for furniture because he is extremely shy. If a customer says politely, "just looking" please leave them alone. I will not be back, Tami Grammentz. You never know anyone else's story, like I have been saving up for new furniture in cash, and that I told her as well, so you'd think she'd at least give us time to find something. I even said also at the beginning that I will definitely ask a question when I have one. Because I planned on doing just that. But I never got the chance because I was followed everywhere. Like I was going to steal a couch or something.
