  Worst service ever. I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday to be delivered. After 2 deliveries that they said no one was there to receive them and they left a note on the door...... they admitted that they attempted to deliver to the wrong address. So I had to be 3 states away knowing my daughter received no gift from me on her birthday. Then the following day I had to call again to see where the flowers were ? Finally they were delivered and they were some of the ugliest flowers I’ve ever seen in my life. I am truly embarrassed to have even sent these. I would never use this place again. Very very disappointed

  Extroadinary service and excellent quality! My teenage son waited until the last minute to tell us he was going to junior prom and needed a wrist corsage for his date. Ashland Addison could not have made it easier! They created a beautiful and unique corsage within my bonehead son’s budget. All over the phone - and even sent us a photo of it ahead of time. So impressed with this place!

  Customer Service Oriented. Beautiful arrangements and they go the extra to help in any way possible. If something is not quite right they make an immediate adjustment. Wonderful company to work with. If you want someone to enjoy something special this is the place to shop.

  As usual, Ashland Addison Florist came through with two beautiful arrangements using oversized martini glasses for the vase. I have used them for years each time I need flowers. No matter the occasion, the flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered promptly. There is no match for consistent, high-quality service like Ashland Addison's!

  This was my first delivery order with Ashland and I am so pleased!! I loved receiving a photo of the arrangement that went out to the recipient... a variety of bright colors was used as requested. Great job! Great service!
