  Amazing local little place right next to the park and library. Has good produce and a surprising amount of vegan ice cream and Amy’s microwave meals. Definitely prefer to spend money here than at big chains like Whole Foods or the bowl.

  I’ve been coming to this store the entire 4 years I’ve lived here in Berkeley. It’s a great community supermarket; fully stocked with nearly everything you may need, and a little extra. The family that runs this great establishment are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! And oh, the deli counter… I can’t begin to explain how tasty the food is! Everyone there can make some of the best sandwiches you’ll ever eat, especially the youngest of them all. I haven’t had a sandwich from anywhere else since I tried theirs. If you’re in the area, and want some good food, and have so many options of drinks and sides to pair with it, please do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!

  Amazing staff and the largest selection of craft-sodas anywhere I've seen. Great deli options and they have hot food as well. I have never in my entire life have seen a store so well stocked, every aisle every product perfectly faced, every can every label. Some one has OCD and they are making the most of it. Love this place.

  Decent neighborhood grocery store with a deli/sandwich counter (but no ham or pork). Fried foods like fries & falafel before 6pm. Some fresh produce. They don't sell any alcohol: no wine, no beer, no liquor. Wide variety of bottled sodas along the back wall.
