  The hk milk tea is quite legit, but definitely ask for quarter sugar. The iced matcha latte was so-so. I prefer boba guys which has a fuller body

  A little smaller than the original Asha Tea House in Berkeley, but similar quality and experience. I went here after a workday, so it was pretty busy, but I only had to wait behind 5 or so people. Asha has some of my favourite teas in the Bay Area, and is my go-to for bubble tea. Like the Berkeley location, there are people working here -- it's a little more crowded since it's smaller, but good for a chat. Staff is really helpful as well.

  Tea is good here. Nice environment to relax and study, but seating fills up quickly. Convenient location.

  This place gets packed so expect a line. Great tea selection. The staff is very nice.
