  Kelee has created a yoga studio with good vibes and great energy. The studio is very clean and welcoming. It's my go to class when I need to feel zen and get a hot and sweaty workout!!

  I've been coming since owner, Kellee, opened in June 2017. This a very friendly, judgement free yoga studio. Once you come in, you'll be hooked!

  This studio has become a santuary for me. I've been practicing hot yoga on and off for 4 years, this is the 4th studio I've attended and by far my favorite. The instructors are knowledgeable and informative. The facility is clean and sanitary. The energy is positive and strong. Kelee is a class act. I highly recommend paying a visit 🕉

  Kelee I can't thank you enough for creating this safe space to practice and grow literally in my backyard. I live in West Islip and work in Manhattan and always felt there were no good yoga places close by on Long Island so I always had to stay late in the city after work to go to classes. Being able to come home after work and go to Ash is amazing and I feel so blessed and thankful for that opportunity. Every teacher I’ve had has been amazing and the students are all very welcoming and warm. Ash is such a beautiful place and the community you are growing is awesome!!!

  I’ve been to a few hot yoga studios and ASH is definitely my favorite. The owner Kelee is an inspiring teacher and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have. After a few months of practicing I’ve noticed that these classes seem to work all the muscles I never worked in the gym. Not that I went to the gym all that often but I would always focus on major muscles and these classes seem to work every muscle especially the little ones you never knew you had or needed. I feel stronger and more balanced thanks to ASH hot yoga. If you can get over your initial fear of the heat I urge you to give it a try. The healing and strengthening aspects are amazing!
